i realize a post is long overdue, but i've been enjoying the much-missed time with xandie. other than that i've just been working and chillin, most notably with jeebus who made an appearance after several aeons of absence. in years past i would have regretted not getting many presents, but i was all right with it this year. i guess people speak the truth when they say that as you get older, christmas is more about spending time with loved ones and less about material things. my car has developed a crack in the windshield, and in the course of repairing it the guy at the glass shop said there were significant rust spots that would have to be repaired at a body shop to avoid future expensive damage, so that's gonna cost a bunch. my mouse stopped working, so tomorrow i have to go buy a new one. over the past few days i've come down with the flu, having bouts of diarrhea and vomiting, but i managed to work on new years before going into a relapse. i'll probably feel up to working tomorrow, and then it's back to cal poly. as usual before school starts, i'm kind of excited. i really enjoyed my first quarter there (not counting summer institute), and i'm definitely looking forward to continuing my education at such a fine school, as well as seeing my friends again. so yeah, that's about it, gonna get in bed and read now (wolves of the calla by stephen king...fifth dark tower book...best series ever...read them now! immediately!) fare thee well.
